A mixture of Oat, Ginseng, Quince and Helichrysum extracts.

Usage:
Use at 0.5–3% in the cool-down phase (Phase C) of cosmetic formulations.

Perfect for after-sun products to soothe and hydrate the skin. Use at 1–2% in an eye serum to support microcirculation and reduce signs of fatigue. Combines well with Hyaluronic Acid in anti-aging formulations for enhanced hydration and elasticity.
