It is derived from the cold-pressed seeds of the Chia plant, which grows in South America.
It contains essential proteins for hair growth, as well as calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, boron and niacin.
It also contains vitamin B, D & E, a high number of omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants.
It is highly recommended for hair care, as only 2 applications are enough to restore the shine of damaged hair by 90%. It is also used for deep hydration of the thin skin under the eyes, and the reduction of dark circles and eye bags.
Usage rate: 1-5% in the oil phase of the cream or other formulation.
Applications: Hair care products, cosmetics for deep skin nourishment, sunscreens or after-sun products.
