INCI: CARAPA GUAIANENSIS (ANDIROBA) SEED OIL
Produced & processed in the depths of the Brazilian Amazon this oil comes from a 40m+ tree, one of the largest of its kind in the depths of the rainforest.
The tree produces a nut of which is cold pressed to deliver this wild harvested nutty oil. Full of benefits, this oil is still used widely across the Amazon for its skin healing & nourishment properties.
Commonly used in products that wish to tackle been psoriasis, dermatitis, heat rash, skin irritation. Typically of all nut oils, this cold pressed nut oil is full of the usual antioxidants. Aids in healing damaged skin via its high myristic acid content. Ideal for antiageing products and antiwrinkle creams.
