Mango Butter is a vegetable butter obtained from the kernel of the Mangifera indica seed. Its rich yet lightweight texture makes it an excellent ingredient for moisturising and skin-conditioning formulations.
It acts as a natural emollient, providing deep hydration while leaving the skin soft without a heavy greasy feel. Its performance is comparable to that of Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter, making it an excellent choice for nourishing and protecting dry, dehydrated skin.
Mango Butter also exhibits mild restorative properties, making it particularly suitable for skin that has been exposed to sun, cold weather or excessive dryness, helping restore softness and comfort.
Properties: Moisturising, emollient, nourishing and mildly restorative. Ideal for dry, dehydrated and weather-stressed skin.
