Black Pepper Essential Oil

Black Pepper Essential Oil is obtained by steam distillation of the dried fruits of Piper nigrum. It is distinguished by its warm, spicy, woody, and invigorating aroma, making it a valued ingredient in aromatherapy as well as fine perfumery. The principal producing countries include India, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Traditionally used in massage oils and body care formulations, Black Pepper essential oil is appreciated for the pleasant warming sensation it provides. It is commonly incorporated into blends designed for tired or overworked muscles and in body care products intended to improve the appearance of the skin when used with invigorating massage. Its rich, spicy scent also adds warmth, depth, and complexity to woody, oriental, and masculine fragrance compositions.
Extraction Method: Steam distillation of the dried fruits.

Contraindications: Use at low concentrations, as it may cause irritation on sensitive skin. It is not recommended for use during pregnancy unless advised by a qualified healthcare professional. A patch test is recommended before topical application.
