Lemon Essential Oil is obtained by cold pressing the peel of the Citrus limon fruit. Contraindications: Considered non-toxic when used as directed and properly diluted. As a cold-pressed citrus essential oil, it is phototoxic and exposure to direct sunlight or UV radiation should be avoided for at least 12–24 hours following extensive topical application. Mild skin irritation may occur in sensitive individuals, so a patch test is recommended before use.
